Japan: Wii Outsells PS3 6 to 1
The Wii is pulling away from the PlayStation 3 in Japan. According to Famitsu publisher Enterbrain, in June, the Wii outsold the PS-Triple 6 to 1, up from 4 to 1 in April and then 5 to 1 in May.
In Japan, the PS3 sold just 41,628 units and the Xbox 360 sold 17,616 units. In the U.S during May, the Wii outsold the PS3 by 4 to 1.
