General Grievous was my favourite, too. It's weird that there wasn't much use of the force against him.

Despite Grievous' being sick for most of the Episode three movie, he still pwned a lot of Jedi.

Him being sick was because of Mace Windu.
If you've seen the cartoon Clone Wars, Windu crushes the plates on Grievous' chest that cover his heart.
