You can catch all legendaries in Emerald and you have a choice after you beat the Elite 4 of Latios or Latias Flying around! The TV says a blank color and your mom asks what the color was.
You say Blue, you get Latios and you get Latias if you say Red!
In Sapphire, you do't have a choice, its automatically Latias!
