Ramones To Rock?
When the good folks from the upcoming Rock Band released the track listing for the game, there was a distinct lack of Ramones (you know, the greatest American rock band of all time?).
Yet, when they released a screen shot of the game earlier this week, the lyrics included were as follows:
“to Rock-a-Way Beach….It’s not hard, not far…”
Now, of course, any red blooded American knows these are excerpts from The Ramones classic “Rockaway Beach.”
So what is it? Is the song in the game or not? Was it just part of a test? Was it in and then axed at the last minute? What is going onaround here?!?!?
