PS3 Bundle Slightly Cuts Console Price
Honestly, we should feel neglected. Sony just announced two Hot Shots Golf 5 PS3 bundles in Japan. Yes, yet again only in Japan. Kotaku reports that the 20gb and 60gb versions are going on sale July 26, only in Japan. Both will include Hot Shot Golf 5, retailing for 5,980 yen ($48.50).
The 60gb HSG 5 bundle will go for 61, 980 yen ($503) and the 20gb bundle will be 51, 980 yen ($422), only in Japan. Deduct the game’s price from the bundles then match those prices with the console’s current price in Japan ($487 for the 60gb and $405 for the 20gb) and you’ve got yourself a slightly cheaper PS3. Did we mention, only in Japan?
