water doesnt beat steel!

and dialga has better def and hp!

Palkia has greater special defense than Dialgia
Steel attacks are not very effective against water types, but Dragon moves aren't very effective against steel types

damn i didnt notice the sp def

but

dragon=dragon
water>steel
dragon<steel
dragon=water

(= is normally effective)

steel helps dialga be resistant to dragon
water doesnt Shocked
