MOD and TOD are informal names of tapeless video formats used by JVC (MOD and TOD), Panasonic (MOD only) and Canon (MOD only) in some models of digital camcorders. So, you may want to convert TOD files or .Mod files to your portable devices supporting formats, such as convert Mod to WMV, AVI, convert TOD to MPG etc for the iPod, iPhone, Zune PSP, BlackBerry, Creative Zen, etc. The following content is the step by step guide on how to convert TOD files, .mod files  for your Windows portable devices.
Step 0: Install and run  4Videosoft Tod Mod Converter.

Step 1: Click “Add File” to add your video files.
Step 2: Click “Profile” button from the drop-down list to set the output video format
Step 3: Click the “Start” button to start the conversion.

Tips:
1: Join Mod/Tod videos
If you want to merge several Mod/Tod videos into one file you can choose them and click the “Merge into one file” to do it.
2: Split Mod/Tod video
The “Trim” function also servers as a video splitter. There are there ways to complete this function. If you had interest in it, you can consult the “Help”

3: Crop Mod/Tod video size
By using the “Crop” function you can crop the black edge of your video and you can also drag the line around the video image to adjust your video to your mobile devices. For more information refer to the “Help”

4: Save your favorite picture
If you like the current image of the video you can use the “Snapshot” option. Just click the “Snapshot” button the image will be saved as Default.

Nice try, isn’t it? Now you can enjoy your camera video on any players.
